HIVE – our hydrological need of cosmic lines – takes its inspiration from Michelangelo’s Tondo Doni, a representation of the Holy Family, going on to develop a powerful aesthetic and anthropological reflection. The performance digs deeply into the unfathomable concept of the family and, in a dream-like atmosphere, extends the search to the concept of mankind itself. The stage set is a cubic structure, wrapped in coloured material which seems to represent a knot that has yet to be untied
